By accessing or using the website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or our services. 

1. Services

ZoboCabs provides pet transportation services within Kolkata. We strive to provide safe and comfortable transportation for your pets. However, we are not responsible for any unforeseen events that may occur during transport, such as accidents, escapes, or health issues.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made by contacting us through the provided phone number (9831-359-369), WhatsApp, or other methods as indicated on the website.
  • Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Pet Owner Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet, including breed, age, health conditions, and any behavioral issues.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your pet is healthy and free from contagious diseases.
  • You are responsible for providing any necessary carriers, leashes, or other restraints for your pet, unless otherwise agreed upon with ZoboCabs.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold ZoboCabs harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your pet’s behavior or health during transport.

4. ZoboCabs Responsibilities

  • We will make every reasonable effort to transport your pet safely and comfortably.
  • We will provide trained staff and sanitized vehicles for pet transportation.
  • We will communicate with you regarding the status of your pet’s transport.
  • While we offer in-car vet support options, we are not licensed veterinarians and cannot provide veterinary medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, we will seek appropriate veterinary assistance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund procedures will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoboCabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the website or our services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website. 
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Website by any third party.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or 1 for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, 2 or otherwise made available via the Website.
