Booking and Cancellation
This booking & cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions related to booking our pet transportation services and any subsequent cancellations. By booking a service with ZoboCabs, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Booking Procedure:
Bookings can be made by contacting us through the provided phone number (9831-359-369), WhatsApp, or other methods as indicated on our website (zobocabs.com).
To confirm your booking, a 30% advance payment of the total service cost is required. This payment can be made through Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI & Bank transfer.
Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the 30% advance payment. You will receive a confirmation message/email once the payment is processed.
Any requests for add-on services (e.g., in-car vet support, specific carrier requests) must be communicated and confirmed at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed if not booked in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 3 hours of booking: If you cancel your booking within 3 hours of the initial booking confirmation (i.e., within 3 hours of making the 30% advance payment), you will receive a full refund of the advance payment (100%). No cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation after 3 hours of booking confirmation: If you cancel your booking after 3 hours of the booking confirmation and before the scheduled pick-up time, the advance payment (30%) is non-refundable.
Cancellation by ZoboCabs: In the unlikely event that ZoboCabs needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, staff emergency), we will provide you with a full refund of any payments made. We will also make every reasonable effort to provide you with alternative arrangements.
No refund will be provided if the customer cancels the booking just before the scheduled booking time.
Refund Procedure:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial booking, wherever possible.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Add-on Services:
Requests for add-on services must be made at the time of booking confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for add-on services, and these will be communicated to you before confirmation.
We cannot guarantee the availability of add-on services if requests are made after the booking is confirmed.
Changes to Booking:
If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., change of date, time, or pick-up location), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
