What services do you offer?

We provide secure and comfortable pet transportation services in Kolkata. This includes local rides, outstation trips, and vet visits (with or without owner present).

How can I book a ride?

Can you take my pet to the vet without me?

Yes, we offer a service where we can transport your pet to a pre-booked vet appointment for a checkup, even if you can't be there yourself. This is an add-on service & will be charged ₹799/- separately. This add-on comes with real-time CCTV surveillance & GPS tracking without any additional cost.

Do you take emergency bookings?

Yes, we offer emergency cab services for pets. However, there will be an additional charge for this service.

What happens if my pet needs assistance during the ride (e.g. getting in/out)?

Our professional drivers are trained to assist your pet during the ride. This includes helping them get in and out of the vehicle safely.

Do you offer real-time tracking and monitoring?

Yes! We have real-time CCTV surveillance and GPS tracking in all our cabs, allowing you to monitor your pet's journey.

Do you have in-car vet assistance?

Yes, we can also provide in-car vet assistance if required. However, this is an add-on service & will be charged ₹799/- separately.

Is there an advance payment required?

Yes, all bookings require a 30% advance payment of the estimated fare. The remaining balance can be paid after the service is completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Gpay, PhonePe, UPI, bank transfer & cash payment to the driver after the ride.

Where are you located?

We are located in Newtown, Kolkata. However, we provide pet transportation services throughout Kolkata and for outstation trips.
